Local wetland biologist Dustin Taylor will give us a look at the past, present, and future of the Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge. Dustin will take us back in time to explore what the marsh looked like historically, how it has changed over the years, and what those changes mean for the habitat available to our local bird populations today.
